How DMK enzyme therapy allows men to maintain and restore healthy skin
age management for man
Men's skin is quite different from women's skin. Therefore, cosmetics and care rules are also different.

Men's skin is 20% denser than women's and contains more melanin and collagen fibres. Therefore, it is somewhat darker and virtually free from cellulite, stretch marks and premature ageing.

Men's epidermis in general is more durable and resistant to various aggressive factors, and signs of ageing begin to appear later. But if wrinkles appear, they are immediately deeper.

Male skin is characterised by a weak network of small vessels, and this, in turn, often entails an unhealthy purple shade of the face. Sebaceous glands in men work more intensively than in women, and this becomes the cause of greasy shine, acne, sweating, redness and even frequent inflammation.

In addition, men's skin is more prone to keratinisation than women's and therefore needs deep cleansing. And such a procedure as shaving is a regular stress for the skin. Dermatologists say that frequent shaving thins the stratum corneum, impairs the skin's barrier function and leads to inflammation.

Men's facial skin care depends on its type and condition . There are four main skin types: dry, normal, combination and oily.

Besides the type, there is another very important indicator, and that is the condition of the skin.

Conditions very often manifest themselves not so much because of internal processes, but because of weather and external influences. Often nutrition, lifestyle and stress levels play a role too.

Skin conditions are: dehydration, acne, sensitivity, dullness, pigmentation, age skin, rosacea.

Dehydration is the most common skin condition, and it's especially pronounced in winter. How to recognise if your skin is dehydrated:

  • You work indoors
  • You do not live near a body of water
  • You live in a house with heating
  • If your skin is oily or combination skin, it often feels like oiled paper - dry and oily at the same time.
  • A feeling of tightness
  • Moisturising creams and serums are absorbed very quickly.
  • Greyish skin tone

Acne is a skin condition in which pimples appear constantly or periodically (once or several times a week). Plus, lots of black spots

Sensitive skin:
  • Reacts to hot and cold things
  • Rapid redness
  • Frequent rashes, flaking, keratinisation of the skin
  • Reacts quickly to changes in cosmetics and weather
  • Reacts poorly to physical exfoliation
  • Sensitivity is a bit tricky, because sensitivity can be either a skin type or a skin condition. But the second option is the most common.
Dullness - very often goes hand in hand with dehydration:
  • Greyish skin tone
  • Flaking and uneven texture
  • Dryness
  • Loss of elasticity
  • Fine, dry wrinkles

Pigmentation is a condition in which some areas of the skin are darker than others

Ageing skin is a condition of the skin when it becomes less elastic and wrinkles appear. Sometimes they appear even at a very young age - wrinkles between the eyebrows, for example.

Rosacea - (pink blackheads, acne rosacea) is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis, which is a persistent dilation of blood vessels on the face.

Proper male skin care is not complicated at all and consists of a few mandatory manipulations. These simple changes in the usual daily procedures will help every man to improve the condition of the skin and delay the aging process.
